Blonde is her specialty! From soft, lived-in blondes and dimensional highlights to bright, beautiful blonde transformations, Kira loves creating effortless, natural-looking color. She also has a passion for updos and special occasion styling, bringing creativity and attention to detail to every look. Originally from California, Kira recently relocated to Washington from Tennessee with her military family. As a military spouse, she understands the excitement of finding a new community and making it feel like home. Kira brings a warm, friendly personality and a genuine love for her craft to Studio D. Whether you’re looking for your dream blonde or the perfect style for a special occasion, she’s excited to welcome you into her chair!

Samantha | Salon Manager & Color Specialist With 13 years behind the chair, Samantha brings experience, creativity, and a passion for creating beautiful, customized hair to Studio D Salon. She specializes in dimensional color, vivid colors, balayage, corrective color, and hair extensions. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a bold transformation, Samantha loves helping clients find a look that reflects their personality, style, and lifestyle. Outside the salon, Samantha is an avid book lover, proud military veteran, and DuPont local who loves being part of the community she serves.

She especially loves haircutting, dimensional hair color, nourishing hair treatments, and finishing styles that bring the whole look together. Growing up in a military family, Ariana understands the importance of community and making people feel welcome. Outside the salon, she’s an animal lover with two French bulldogs, a cat, and a turtle! With her friendly personality, creativity, and attention to detail, Ariana loves helping clients find a style that fits their personality and lifestyle. Meet Dayna | Owner, Color Specialist & Educator With nearly 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, Dayna brings a passion for creativity, education, and exceptional hair to Studio D Salon. As a salon owner, professional color educator, and international fashion week session stylist, Dayna has built her career around the belief that great hair starts with great education. Her expertise includes customized hair color, corrective color, dimensional blonding, precision haircutting, and complete hair transformations. Her career has taken her behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, and Los Angeles Fashion Week, where she’s had the opportunity to collaborate with talented artists and creatives from around the industry. As a Davines educator, she continues to share her knowledge and inspire other hairstylists to grow in their craft. But for Dayna, it’s about more than beautiful hair. It’s about creating a salon where people feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. She loves mentoring her team, building relationships with clients, and bringing a little fun into every day. Beyond the salon, Dayna is a mom of three, a passionate community advocate, and the founder of the DuPont Chamber of Commerce. Her philosophy is simple: Never stop learning, never stop creating, and always make people feel beautiful.
